MM3588 is a temperature switch IC that senses the IC ambient temperature and switches the output to the detected temperature (active high).
It has a built-in hysteresis circuit and keeps the output switched until the ambient temperature drops to the hysteresis temperature.
The detection temperature is +60°C ≤ TDET ≤ +90°C in 1.0°C steps. The detection temperature accuracy is ± 2.0°C.
The product has a control terminal (CE terminal) to turn the output on and off.
